I have been living here for about 6 months. It has been very quiet and I have had no problems with management. the super has been very nice and whenever i have needed something it has been taken care of quickly and promptly. The one downside is the parking spots are a little small but its really not to bad. For the price and the fact that utilities are included it is a great apartment. Any other apt. for this price in the area is usually in less desirable neighborhoods
