The location is convenient. The laundry room is convenient, but pricey.
This is where the good ends.
While rents increase each year, you?ll find no assigned parking spots, so anyone happens to park there, leaving you hunting for a space and being left with no alternative but to park in a ?no parking? area in back of the building, risking being ticketed, which I was, twice. And whomever painted the parking slots must?ve been on drugs at the time. Nothing is aligned properly, so expect to maneuver, in already tight spots, with even greater difficulty. The management simply stated, ?sorry, there?s nothing we can do about that?.
The building is old, a/c is dirty, the mail area is not accomodating to the users, since you?ll hunt for oversized mail on the floor.
And please tell me why this overpriced studios ($620/month)rental increases so much from studio to 1 bedroom ($840 minimum/month)'
It?s a rip off that sticks you for a minimum of one year.
