New owner made many upgrades to the building, new windows made for a quiet apartment. My apartment was all brand new and I enjoyed the fact that I could go outside to my terrace without having to leave the building ! Laundry room was always clean, washers & dryers worked well for only 1.25 a wash & 1.00 to dry. Convienent to Hamden shopping and close to Merrit parkway. I would recommend this complex for the price and the fact that everything is brand new - even the appliances ! If I did not get a job transfer I would have definately re-newed !
