Years at this apartment: 1999 - 2000
 
I lived in two different apartments located in the "gated community" at Seramonte while attending Quinnipiac Law and I would advise anyone looking NOT to live there. The gates were never closed, the staff was not helpful or friendly and it was not safe at all.
