Could be better...

I have lived here for a few years and I have seen the change in management...not for the better.

The apartments themselves are roomy, the bathroom is a joke (old plumbing that always leaks as well as constant mold and milldew problems).

My unit had it's own washer and dryer which was a very nice feature.

I have never had any problems with it in three years (knock on wood).

My main complaints with this property would be that maintenence can be poor, neighbors can be rude and noisey and I had to move in with a dirty carpet (management promised to get it cleaned, but never did.

I am still waiting for a reimbursement for having it done myself.

Also the basement storage is a death trap, no lighting, plus my items were stolen after management mistakenly cut off my lock thinking my storage space was someone elses.

Management never informed me of the mistake or replaced the lock, hence my items went walking.

Overall if you are on a tight budget like I was right out of college it is tolerable, put clearly it is time for me to go...

Professionals could do much better.

The place has turned into a frat house for college kids anyway!
