My Husband and i moved in last year, we got a lovely new kitchen and bathroom. Parking is an issue,, only 1 assigned space per apartment but there are other spaces available on the property even though it can be a chore finding them. Staff is helpful and courteous but sometimes the one i waant to speak with is unavailable. Prices are pretty good for the area. Our lease renewal is comming up and they are charging a $25 increase, we have decided to stay.
