First and for most I want to say they put on a very good front. They are very polite and show you a very nice apartment and kiss the ground you walk on UNTIL they get you're name on the lease. After we moved in and started to take a look around it began to look more and more like section eight housing. In the looong year that my family spent at seramonte, we had the utilitys shut off five or six times with no notice for "maintnance reasons" and yes in the winter too!! You can hear everyting around you in all the other near apartments. The people who lived above us had the cops called about a dozen times in 12 months for several reasons and the management did NOTHING about it. Michelle and Eric are straight working for ----- him self. EXPECT to have your car towed and you apartment broken in to on a consistant basis if you so much as question them. Eric recently changed the locks on an appartment where the tennant was still in the process of moving out. He also moved all of his girlfriends things into the apartment. When the tennant returned to retrieve the rest of her things, she could not enter the appartment. So she called the cops. Upon Eric's arrival his girlfriend attempted to assult the tennant and had to be escorted from the complex by the police. Eric is the worst I happen to know from a close source that he will check the credit report of a "hot" female applicant to see if she has a victoria secret account and if not he will not rent to her and if your single and female and not what he considers "hot" or Eric dosnt think that he can get in your pants well then dont even waste your time. I have caught Michelle in several lies personally and I have no reason to believe that anything will change. Recently I had some friends who were getting ready to move out have their tires slashed. What a way to say "hey recomend us to your friends!" Every one that I've ever known that has lived there has gotten out as fast as they possibly could. Pleas Please read all of the comments and dont let them pull the wool over your eyes because they will tell you anything you want to hear to get your money. Oh by the way the rent for a two bedroom apt is going up to 1250 a month with out a washer and dryer in the unit. You can get that at aspen glen with a washer and dryer and a much much nicer place to live. Its a rip off!!!!!
