Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2003
 
Roof has a leak but no water coming in yet, I've called twice about this and the A/C which works on & off, no one has come to fix anything yet. Parking sucks. People like to take our spot. Floors are creaky, I can hear our CAT walking. Maintenance staff & office staff NEED NEED NEED to wake up and be more PRESENT. You guys reading this' Our A/C & roof needs some work.
