I cannot say anything positive about this place.

Management doesnt do a thing about noisy tenants (I guess that is because they get rent from them!).

I am sorry, I retract, they talk to them and the behavior continues.

And it does not seem to matter how many different tenants complain about the same problem tenant.

But as long as you dont stay home, everything is okay!

Before I moved in I was told the carpets would be cleaned and the walls would be freshly painted.

A simple request that any respectable landlord could/would fill.

However, it was apparent from all the crap smeared/smudged all over the walls that they were not painted.

After I complained about this, I was told that it happened when they put the new carpet in.

Wrong again! The carpet looked like crap and after not wearing shoes for any given amount of time; a shower was needed because my feet were black.

Does this sound like a new carpet was installed'

The kitchen floor was newly installed when I moved in; however, I could have done a better job.

The new floor was installed on top of the old one and glue was seeping thorough the seems.

This may not seem like a big deal, but after time passes, the glue collects any dirt and the floor tiles have this nice black outline!

On several occasions I called because I was unable to take a shower because of NO HOT WATER! This becomes a problem, especially when you get up in the morning to get ready for work and you are unable to take a shower.

In addition, on the coldest day of the year, there was NO HEAT! Great that it is free as long as it works.

Snow removal sucks! These people have not idea how to effectively remove snow in a matter in which people are safe walking to and from there cars.

I could go on and on about the empty promises made from the leasing office, how things do not get fixed from maintenance, drug dealers, etc.

To summarize, DO NOT RENT FROM SEREMONTE!!!
