The mangenent there is only concerned about getting your hard earned $$.

The place is ugly, reminds you of the so called "project" apartments built in the 60s and 70s for low income renters.

The mangement also seems to be as bright as a 20 watt light bulb!

The dump is noisy, poorly lit, and cheaply built.

I would NEVER suggest Seramonte to anyone unless you want problems, problems, problems!

I agree with this review. It is horrible. My auto insurance went up because it is not "gate" as the lease says. It is open to vandalism and break-ins. We've been promised a gate and to no avail. It has become a part ofthe Department of Mentally Ill, office and all. I love everyone, but it is disturbing when they are having episodes in the hallways, bothering young children and we pay much more than the DMR pays for their apartments . I pay for peace and a comfortable place to live. The garbage situation is awful. The dumpsters are overloaded every two days. They consider cutting the shrubs maintenance. What about the broken elevators at least three times a month. What about there only being two disabled parking spots with a building of at least ten disabled cars with stickers. What about there not being a ramp for the disabled. Why does the rent go up, but the maintenance is so poor? What about not having proper working laundry facilities, and a number you call for refunds that never refunds money? What about the hallway rugs never, never, never in 8 years being shampooed. What about the pets that vomit and shed all over the hallways and are never removed? What about the break ins and unwanted visitors roaming the grounds on the weekends. Yes it is a "high class ghetto" and we are stuck because we cannot raise over $2,000 for security to move when they are holding our security...and if you want to move they charge you $200 to clean the apartment if you find someone to take over the lease. They were going to have to clean the apartment anyways. They are horrible. I am feeling like a hostage.
