WoW! Been renting for 6 years and have never NEEDED to get out of somewhere so quickly.
Leasing Agent-Liar.
Made a multitude of promises prior to moving.
Told by mgt after moving in, that agent had since left and nothing could be done about changes promised.
MGT Staff-Used Car Salesmen.
Creepy,lazy, unprofessional.
Mgr had "Cheerleaders in thongs" as screen saver on office computer.
Maintenance-Thugs.
Unable to keep a single appt.
for repairs.
Played loud music while turning over other apts.
Parked in residents spaces while "working".
RUDE during any and all interactions.
Environment-Landfill.
INSECTS! Pincher bugs as far as the eye could see; in your linens, on your toothbrush, shower companions.
Laundry Facilities-Potential Crime Scene.
Scary, dark, one way out.
Also the machines were out of service for the majority.
Fitness Center-Haven't Found it Yet.
"State of the art equipment", "brand new"- should be done any time now.
