The walls and floors are paper thin. I could hear literally EVERYTHING my neighbors did. Very annoying when you are trying to sleep and there is music and noise all around you.

The hot water switches from hot to cold constantly during a 5 minute shower.
Parking is awful. There is no parking for vistors and they have no problem towing cars. Even though its their own fault for not having enough parking!
Garbage disposal has been broken for months.

I am on a ground floor apartment and there are constant ants. We have no clue where they are coming from and spray all the time, but it does not work.

Laundry facility is sketchy, would never go down there at night by myself.

My suggestion is to go somewhere else, there are better places for this kind of money.
