The toilet pipes are too small. We have had numerous floods in our bathroom of nasty dirty water oversflow. We used veru little toilet paper and this still happened. Maintence thinks that they can keep snaking the drain and it will help, and it does not. The place is cheap and refused to get a new drainage system, this happens all the time in my building to all tenents.

If you move to this 'section 8 project' housing complex make sure you have a washer and dryer in your unit b/c the washer and dryer in the basement is growse and very very very old washer and dryers that are never fixed.

There are not many normal people who live here. Mainly loud college kids from Quinnipiac that have 5 people living in a 2 bed room or have lots of parties and take up all the parking. Or you have disabled people who are on state assistance and have 3 people in a one bed room apartment with 2 aids. Wierd.. wierd.. wierd..
