i moved in over the summer (July) and complained of mold and a backed up tub in September. Yet noone bothered to contact me. After a letter and a call to the office I still did not receive any response and was forced to now withhold rent. Only after withholding rent and a second letter to the management were the problems resolved. I called and told her that I would be bringing the rent over but still had and she got mad, loud and very unprofessional that I witheld the rent and stated that I should be happy she didn't send my account to an attorney for failure to pay rent.
