Seramonte was the worst experience I have ever had. Management and "leasing consultants" will promise everything and anything. They will tell you it is a professional community and that they have never had a noise complaint...IT IS NOT TRUE. There are without a doubt drug deals and dealers living there. The people at Seramonte are low class and will play their music until 3 or 4:00 am. Complaints do nothing, managment will tell you they'll take care of it, but they don't. You can hear and smell everything from your neighboors! The apartments are built so cheaply that a strong breeze would blow them down. Management is about as scummy as can be. DO NOT TRUST A WORD THEY SAY. They will tell you they'll make repairs to your apartment before you move in, but they will not. I recommend not moving into any properties run by Ceebraid-Signal Managment, as all of them are run poorly! This managment company will do anything to save a buck at your expense! TRUST ME....DO NOT MOVE INTO SERAMONTE! The model is nice, but the actual apartments are nothing like the model. You may be attracted to the apartments where heat and hot water is included, but your only way to control your heat is by opening your windows and if your neighboors are using the hot water then I hope you like cold showers. You can get a lot more for you money someplace else.Your life will be a living hell at Seramonte.
