I lived here with 2 other undergraduate college students and none of us had problems with Seramonte. We had friends living in a townhouse and in 2 other 2 Bedroom apts. Those students remaining in the area to get their Masters chose to stay at Seramonte for the following year. The price was better than a lot of other apartments in the area and had enough space and included water and heat in the bill. We never had a problem with the staff and had a few positive interactions with the maintenance staff. I would definitely recommend Seramonte to a college student. On the other hand, if you are looking for a more luxurious apartment, I'm sure you can find one in the area that is much more expensive.
