I'm not a rich preppy school boy! I'm an average guy saving up to buy a house someday. I have lived in serveral apartments nationwide (I was in the service). This place is the absolute worst. All the stories are true. You can hear your neighbors headphones playing! Management sucks and has a HIGH employee overturn. In one year we went through 4 leasing agents. The cops have been to my building 8 times in one year for noise and other compliants. The tenents are generally of low to NO class. Management will promise you everything and deliver nothing. They have been promising a fitness center for two years, they even advertise having one on the website! It does not and has never existed. The laundry facilties are the worst, I've had to throw away several pieces of clothing that were damaged because of them. My ceiling over the tub has collapsed and been 'fixed' three times in one year! The wiring is old and I would not be surpised if one of the buildings caught on fire because of it. Please do not move in here!! You will not be happy.
