Now i have read everything on this site and thank godim not alone.
Ive live here since 2001 ad let me tell you this pace is a bunch of crap.
The laundry room is never working.
In may 2002 they said new laundry machines were on thier way in 6 weeks, well its not Sept 2002 and nothing.
When i moved in they said there would be a fitness center in 1 yar, im still waiiting for it a year and half late.
The repair service, wl what service, my garge disposal has benbroken fr over a year and no one has come to fix it.
last winter my heat was broken, it too then a month and over 1 callss before the came.
The management will lie toyou and they are rude.
The noise level is unbelievable.
I have complained to then on several occasion about one of their employee that lived next to me a was always playing music all nigt long and told me to beal with it or call the cops.
oh yah and the smell, it always smels live food in the hall and none of it is evry good.
I cold go on but i think you get the idea.
It a nice enough plae but if you can help it live else where.
The rent goes up but the srvice does not increase.
