Really, do think about it carefully. The property manager is defending the dump! What a surprise, she would be out of a job if no one rented there! Of course she is going to say it is a nice place to live. Please, I am an honest person...I have lived there...it is truly a dump. YOu can do much better anyplace else! Do not even waste your time looking at Seramonte! It is the worst place I have ever lived and the managment takes low to a whole new level! I promise you...you can do better any place else. The property manager there will lie to you. Once you are in, the staff forgets about your quality of life. They will be nice and friendly when you are looking to rent. They will promise you it is a quiet community, but just wait! Just wait until you move it and everything changes. All of the stories on this page are accurate. Unless you like cheap buildings, low class staff and neighboors, noise, smells, and so on...do not live here!
