Once they rope you in they keep raking you over the coals for money.

They are unreasonable and their attitude is unfitting for such an classless dirty and run down living arena.

Additionally, there is no security there.

The gates are constantly left open.

I HIGHLY warn anyone considering moving into this VERY HORRIBLE building which is also FAR too expensive, especially for where it is.

BE CAREFUL!!!!!!!!!!!!!! You might say, "all rental properties are expensive and have securtiy issues these days." Youd be right, but the constant feeling of being royally ripped off and at risk is not a comfortable one.

Im trying to get out, therefore I cant recommend anyone else to live at Seramonte
