Many people bash this place, and complain about how rude the office staff is. Fortunately, I have never experienced this. Pam has always treated me great and I recommend seeing her if you are interested in leasing. The other person I have dealt with was Lynda, and would never complain about her.

When I first moved into this complex I lived in a 2 bedroom on Kaye Plaza from 2004-2005. Parking was pretty good. Noise wasn't bad at all. I attribute that to the majority of people in my area where families. My neighbors were great. I did have several maintenance issues which were most likely resolved same day. I had no complaints about this building.

On the other hand, I currently live in the 609 Building. There are 50 or so apartments in the building and it can be very noisy. My neighbors upstairs like to jump around all night. The other thing I can't really complain about but it is annoying is the DMR people that live here. My apartment is pretty nice but just a little dated. It could use some modernization, but for the price and in this area I can't complain. The other issue I had was a break in attempt and my door was damaged, and there would be high school kids smoking marijuana outside my door every morning.(I woke up to the cops arresting them one morning, they havent come back) Maintnance is always polite, but unfortunately they have been extremely busy and not very timely fixing problems.

The bottom line- I recommend this place, but not the 609 building. Good luck all! I would consider renewing my lease but I am relocating.

Idiots like you deserve to live your petty miserable lives. I hope you become a parent to a 'DMR' child-maybe them you'll get a new perspective on 'DMR' people. Until then-I hope your twisted thinking rots you from the inside out.

Aptratingsavenger- I coached special olympics and used to work for therapeutic recreation with the mentally challenged,,,and let me tell you that those kids were a lot more responsible and would never cause the noise they do in this building. It's not my fault you can't reproduce correctly...go whine somewhere else.
