The time that I had in Seramonte was not all that bad. It was sort of a disaster from the start. There was this awful noise coming from the basement, it was there for the first month. After a month of complaining, they finally found out it was a boiler. Parking is awful if you have 2 cars. (We have gotten towed b 4) The office staff is worthless, never get anything done. The heat thing is awful. They never turn the heat on until Nov. 1st. Thats just crazy with a new baby. I also have been pretty unfortunate to get neighbors that like to cook with smelly spices. So not too good. On the other hand, the maintainence people were great. The building had good upkeep. The Grass was very neat and my snow was always removed. But to move in here....Nah!!!! Just knowing the office people is getting commission off of you is tormenting enough. Thanks for Listening!!!
