Maintenance is terrible. Lots of broken promises, had to complain multiple times when bathroom ceiling leaked before it was fixed, took over 2 weeks. Super said I should have called, but I called every day. Ceiling in living room is still leaking due to a poorly built building when is rains, it cones in from the upstairs ac unit.

took 18mo to receive our storage unit. Staff in rental office is rude. paint is peeling. They spend so much on making the grounds look good, it's annoying slow to get any real maintenance done.

Not worth the cost of a mortgage. Can't wait to move out.
