I am grateful my lease is up in a few months.
My air condtioning unit floods buckts of water to the apartment below us every time it rains.
We have called to have it fixed 3 times! They "yes" you to death and tell you they know what needs to be done but never come back to fix it.
My carpet is constantly wet from the water and it smells like mold.
They came to fix the pipes in the bathroom and cracked the tiles and thought it was acceptable to leave it this way.
My rent has been raised $50 every year I have been here.
The gate has never worked the 2 years we have been here!!!

I couldnt agree more! If you think $50 a year is high-they raised mine $100 this year.
