I was shown a 1 bedroom this past month and will begin renting at the end of the summer through 2004. The building is a little older, but the super is fantastic, and very sweet. The bedroom is huge, and the walk through kitchen and L-shaped living room/dining area are adorable. There are TONS of closets and I have sliding doors that go out the back of the building. The deposit was only 1 months rent, and there was no credit check required. I am very excited to move into the apartment, and anticipate a great year (or maybe 3) ahead!
