There are a lot of Apartment societies in Mix Ave, Hamden. I have explored all of them and i have lived in Seramonte. Now i am living in Sutton Towers for the past 10 months. It is THE BEST in Mix Ave. There is so much value for money. You cannot get so much value for the money in the other societies in Mix Ave. Rent includes everything except Electricity. Apartment is maintained very clean and neat. Lot of elderly people live here, so really peaceful environment. No noises even if people living above you have a party or jump like anything. Very calm, quiet and very clean. Maintenance is EXCELLENT!!! they take care of you immediately, yalk to you politely and do things very very fast. Really good place to live.
