I am from NYC, and visited a friend who moved in here over Memorial Day Weekend. I must say that I was very impressed with the community. I hung out by the pool during the weekend and saw many people hanging out, and having a great time. I enjoyed the lifestyle alot, and could see myself renting here after finding a new job in the area. Its also a good spot to meet people. Just walking around the neighborhood I met quite a few residents who all seemed very happy.
