I have been living at Boulvard West for about 3 years and still going. This place has improved lots during these past years. The rooms are very large for the price that would pay for a one bedroom. The securty of the parking lot has also increased with 24/7 security camaras monitoring the lots. The building is in good shape. The residence is very quiet, so there is no crazy loud music or parties late late night. Overall this place is very comforting for any college student weither it be from University Of Hartford, or UConn, or even University of Central Conn. With easy on and off access to I-84 and I-91, it makes it very easy to tell your friends directions to your place.
