I would strongly recommend against moving into this apartment complex. The managment is unprofessional, unresponsive, and inefficient. I believe that they are managing more properties than they can handle. Issues that should take 10 minutes or less to resolve invariably take 40 or more because the management office is so chaotic and poorly run. Maintenance requests are routinely "lost" or ignored, even after repeating the requests 3 times. Office staff does not return messages, probably because they don't check their messages. I don't know about you, but I don't have time to deal with this kind of crap.
