I would discourage people from living in this apartment building. Ive had more problems here than anywhere else Ive lived. Ive had maintence spray paint my entire kitchen, including all my belongings inside the kitchen, Ive had everything stolen out of my car from the parking lot because the gates were broken, I am constantly calling and complaining about a lack of hot water and nothing is ever done. One of my neighbors even had a package containing a $5,000 engagement ring turn up missing after being delivered to the rental office. Last year a major fire occured in the apartment directly above me while I was away for the weekend. I was never notified and had to find out for myself when I got back from my trip. The maintence is just awful and doesnt respond in a timley manner, if at all. Yes its cheep for the space you get...but its not worth all the problems that come with it

stavros is a complete idiot, he shoudl take his head out of his a$$ and start doing his work. oh and by the way, stuff was stolen from my apartment too. and when i told the cops, they said maybe i misplaced it.. never again.
