I used to live at the Boulevard West building, I was there for nearly a year and a half and I had to suddenly leave because of an emergency in my family, the management was very understanding and released me from my contract. They were also nice enough to return my security deposit. For a building as large as Boulevard I am surprised at how friendly, polite, and available the neigbors, managers, and maintenance people were. I would say the only complaint I had was the street noise, but I suppose thats what you get for living in Hartford.
