I think this place is very nice to live, because this building is very modern, they just change 2006 the windows, when you call to maintanence they answer you in the moment, They fix the lockers trought the garage, they have security camera 24/7, They pain the hallways and door every years, but I dont like something is so bad and they really dont take it well is in the hallways always is very hot and in summer time is very bad and when people cooking you can smell everything in hallways.

Another think I dont like is they have a small gym, the treadmill did not work for many month I have to register to one gym and pay additional money because I like to be in good shape, but when they rent me this apartment they show me in good condition that small gym that why I choose this building but they dont take care too much in improve it with new machines and the air is stinky inside and not only that, if you need to go to the bathroom you have to cameback to your apartment that could be far or in the last floor when they have a bathroom there, even you can have acces to water, please people who manage this building think a little bit more , leave water running if you offer something think in that too, when people do exercise they need to drink water even if you bring a botle you need to refill sometimes.

Another think I like it is very safe, nothing happen here, the neibhors are very quiet, respectful and friendly, every floor has a laundry room, big part of the parking lot is covered, have an automatic gate that make me feel safe but sometimes is broken, I think they show put some sofa or something like that in the reception when you have visitors waiting for you because really another apartment has it and I think wel be very excellent idea. Thay don;t allow people in the reception area or stairs.
I would like they allow small dogs I really love it.

In the rental office they don;t need too much people just people friendly, and organize, some of them dont have any criteria about customer service including one younger girl with glasses I think is from Greece and another Steven this people dont have any idea bout customer service rules, and they really need to know about it because all we are tenant but we are customer too, I think who is good in that is Mr Acosta, was Mr, Bansavich. and Mr Booby all of them are and were very gentleman, helpfull, and take really care if you have a problem.
