This apartment is one of the worst places in ct. I attended the University of hartford and there was just about as much room in the dorms. the accounting staff is irresponsible. Keep records of everything that you pay for because they may try to claim that you paid your rent late. I had many problems with the staff. Although the staff was friendly they do not know what they are doing. The parking is ok it isn't as bad as everyone says but be careful there are alot of break ins in the lots and noone will do anything about it.
