hi, i lived in clemens place for a year. The problems with clemens place are
1. Apartment are too small
2. Security is just by name. If your car is stolen from this place, it's not something strange. there is no security! There are 3,4 enterances to the place and none of them is monitored despite the fact that the surround is not a safe place.
3. The place is very expensive if u take into account the covererd area you pay for.
Pros
1. Additial car parking is cheap.
2. Place is good for student of university of hartford.
3. Bus stop is right next
Overall i would not recommend it for a couple who have cars and looking for a cheap place.
