Do Not Live Here

I have lived at Clemens Place for just over a year now. What a nightmare. First, if you like smelling whatever the rest of your building is cooking this is the place for you. I come home at night and my place smells like a mexican fiesta.
Second, I don't know how the people that live there can afford it. No one works. I leave in the morning and come home at night and all the same cars are parking in the same spots.
Third, good luck having people over for a party. Unless they want to park a mile away or fight for a spot on the street (which are occupied by everone who doesn't work) you will never be able to have anyone over. Forth, good luck with notification of anything from the leasing office. I went to renew my lease 60 days before it expired and they said, did you get our note that rent would increase. No, I didn't get a note. I wanted to go month-to-month and got the run around and was told that on top of the rent increase I would have to pay a fee to go month to month and give 90 days notice before I left.
Overall I would say that there are plenty of beautiful 2 0r 3 family houses in the area that rent great rooms and have plenty of parking and you should consider that before moving to this place.
