For being in the city of Hartford, this place felt secure. Uniformed security partols the neighborhood and parking lots. I even saw them chase a potential vandal from the parking lot on foot.
The rooms are on the small side, but clean. NEVER saw a roach or any bugs (but did see a rat in the parking lot). I lived in the 16 Owen St. building.
The 2 bars across the street and around the block are great if you're just out of college or still in college.
The rental office personell are prety good. They offered to buy my vertical blinds for the price I bought them for. did I mention heat and hot water are included'
Why did I move' I was new to CT and wanted to check out Manchester. I also wanted more space, gas grill for the porch (illegal here) and a pool. gkZ41df9CgXQPfm8K2A7
