Clemens Place is beautiful and very charming before you sign the lease. The grounds are well maintained. The staff seems nice. However when you move in the charm and beauty fades away.

The apartments are too expensive to be so small and awkwardly shaped. I had a hard time buying and arranging furniture that would fit. Maintenance did come to fix things when they broke and it is a 50/ 50 chance they would be fixed correctly? the first time.

The security guards are nice and visible?. however they spend more time monitoring tenants then securing the property. My storage area was broken into and items were stolen. They claimed nobody had access to the room but security. It took management six months to pay me for the stolen items, however my storage facility was never fixed. The secure parking lot is not that secure my neighbor?s car was stolen and my was broken into.

Parking is a hassle. The assignments are not convenient and if you park in the most convenient area they will tow your car tenant or not.
