We've been living in Clemens Place for 5 years and will hopefully be moving out soon. The rents are sky high for such small apartments outside of the downtown area. The rent seems to go up every single year. Only thing keeping us here is the location.

We finally got new washing machines, so no more hunting down for spare quarters.

Not really sure what security does and getting something fixed sometimes takes forever.

As for the ghetto comments, I disagree with that. The neighborhood is very diverse and quiet. I've had more problems with the college kids whose parents are paying their rent, who should have no complaints about anything in my opinion.
