I lived on Frederick st. and couldn't wait to leave. At the time I left 2 other renters from across the street left as well for the same reasons. Also a light was installed directly opposite my bedroom, which was on the 3rd floor and my bedroom was uncomfortably light all night long. Air conditioner barely worked and never reached the bedroom. Lots of pot smoke in building. Refusal to help clearing around cars after snow storms, reported same van blowing horn to pick up resident for work late every night (which was main reason other 2 renters left) no help even though there were always security available. Was told I had a frost free fridge, it wasn't. All in all a really unpleasant experience.
