it seems some people are unable to figure out what hartford is all about before moving in, it is low income, nonwhite and urban, do they expect clemens place to be a walled, gated community' i had no high expections for this place and have had no issues with it (i am not suburban breed and did my web snooping about hartford before moving in). i do love it's location.
