My stay at clemens place has been one of the worst experiences of my life. Many times within my two and a half years living at this coplex, I've over heard numerous lude sexual comments from members of staff working for the apartment. The final blow was dilivered when, after a brief meeting with the landlord about me being a month late on my rent ended with an attempt to fondle my breast by him. I never felt more dirty in my life, and when I told him I was going to the police he called me in to the office where he and several members of his staff told me it was my word against theirs, and that if I pushed any further they would make sure the key to my apartment would find itself in the wrong hands. Needless to say I moved back with my parents in New Jersey that week. To anybody considering clemens place I highly recomend checking out the other options around hartford. Many are cheaper and most definately safer.

I lived in Clemens Place for 8 months and was very unhappy for several reasons, as were two other couples I knew who left around the same time I did, terrible snow clearing, lying about the type of refrigerator I would have, noise, lights installed that shone in my bedroom. BUT, I never experienced what this woman says she did, and there weren't "landlords" per se. There was an office staffed by very polite, mostly women. I found all workers there to be most courteous and strongly doubt this woman's word. I suspect she has an ax to grind. Also her spelling is atrocious.

This is a terrible unfounded allegation that never should be posted to an apartment website, especially anonymously.. The Website should legally be held respoonsible for it's content...
