dont live here...place full of rats, rouches and bed bugs , maintenance is bully as same as the management they just care about money very unsafe and dirty place,,,you could hear your neighbours having sex and doing all kind of staff during the day.
expensive rent $995 per month it doenst worth it.
they gave me my apartment very dirty from the people who previously lived there, bathroom nasty... bathtub full of blue and dirty staff and with germs, no bathroom sink...maintenance take years to come and fix whatever is not working in the apartment and very disrespectfull, management very unprofessional just is important for them to collect their money...complaining about the rats' they think is fine, they had complaints about mouses but not rats....'''' is ok to live with them...
Farmington Ave. very dangerous security on the area poor...
If you are looking for a place to live, dont choose Clemen's Place...they will take adventage of your situation regardless you credit background...they want just money...Management Sucks...
