When I first looked at this place it seemed nice. They showed me a demo apartment on the 1st floor, which seemed reasonable and clean. I told her I liked the place believing that all floors looked the same. She told me that she would show me the apartment when the carpet was replaced.

To make a long story short, on the day before I was to move in, I was horrified. The top 3 floors to this building looked like a "crack house." Filthy red stained rug, nasty wallpaper with writing on it, lights were uncovered, bad smells in the hallway, etc. I had no choice but to move in. I did complain to the management but they pretty much told me that since I signed the contract, I was stuck. In front of the building they have a sign that says new management but they have had this sign up for over 2 years now, which is a scam!!!

The only positive thing I can tell you is that there is no pest problem and the maintenance man is cool and willing to help out whenever needed. I would recommend that if you are shown a demo apt make sure you look at the entire building.
