i was also shown another apartment than the one i recieved, i didnt stay for long. the building looked like it was going to fall apartment. the hot water went out twice so far, and the heat is barely that. thank goodness i moved before winter.
although the neighborhood is nice and the price is right. you get what you pay for. go to the next place on your list!!!
defintely not recommended.

I CURRENTLY LIVE IN THIS APARTMENT AND ALTHOUGH IT IS WELL KEPT BY THE SUPERINTENDANT THEY ARE VERY STINGY WITH THE HEAT! I MEAN I FREEZE MY BUT OFF THANK GOD I ONLY LIVED THERE FOR A YEAR!
