Years at this apartment: 2009 - 2009
The tourguide didn't have a clue as to what was going on in her own building.
She was lost the entire time.
The apartments are soooo small.
It is like living in a box.
The valet takes FOREVER to bring your car around.
It is a terrible setup.
The lofts are much better.
Much more spacious.
I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND HARTFORD 21.
