At First looking at the apartment you'd say wow,the lobby looks nice,the staff(TAMMY) seems very proffesional and courteous right'UNTIL YOU MOVE IN,then it all changes she's snubby towards all the residents(ask any resident you run into for yourself)and dont you dare call them to make any form of repairs in your apartment,she'll(TAMMY)hang up on you.It's an old building and things(that they haven't 'sugar coated' by painting over)are fallinf off e.g the knobs on the kitchen cupboards;they'll initially say they're going to replace them and it will be good as new by the time you get settled in to the apartment(yeah right).I've lived there 7mths now and is still waiting repairs to be done amongst other things.The residents have to walk on egg shells around,which is -------- considering you have to work so hard to pay your RENT!

Wow that's amazing! I have lived here at Hartford Aparatments since July 2007. The new management purchased the property shortly after, which in the transition instead of 3 persons in the Leasing Office there is just one person Tammy, instead of a staff of workers for the property it'ss just 1 man and 1 cleaner. Tammy is very proffessional, considerate, and enjoys her job, always attentive and concerned about the needs of the residents and property, Tammy has put together many gatherings for the residents to get to know each other. I beleive that because she is a strong proffessional "Black Women" people in general are intiminated by her, I have had a chance to talk to her often concerning work orers in my apartment, which are completed in a timely manner. You may find that this commuinity may not be a good fit for you, there's many apartments vacant in the surrounding towns, just move if your not happy!
