I am a ex-resident of Hartford Apartments and would like to warn people from renting in Garden Street Apts aka Hartford Apts or any buildings that they own. ----- ----- their property manager never responds to any complaints and in the end when u leave the Apt she wont return your deposit. In my case, I had got the place professionaly cleaned, yet she didnt return my deposit.

BEWARE OF ----- AND TAKE MY ADVISE, DO NOT RENT FROM THEM.
