My husband and I moved in here after renting from a family member for a while. A friend of ours recomended the place. They live down the hall from us. First off, it has roaches. They don't spray for them, but have no problom telling you they have them. Second, They rent to ANYONE! Our neighbor has 3 people living with him in a 1 bedroom, cops are always called to the building, and I can't leave my apartment without someone asking me for money or a smoke. Just today this random woman asked me for a ride to Rockville. The manager is nice, but none of the maintnance staff speaks a word of english. you have to have a translator. Poeople live in the alley behind the building and on the fire escapes. The doors on the fire escapes are busted so anyone can get in the building. A few days ago, someone broke in our apartment while I took out my garbage, at 3pm. We are trying to get out of here as soon as possible. Our lease is up in Feb.. so we have afew more months. The manager is letting us break our lease as soon as we find somewhere else...

Same deal for me and my family.. Bugs and mice are everywhere and noone seems to care to do anything about it. Crackheads and beggars and shopping carts rolling down the hallways at all hours, day and night,should have been on the list of amenities !!
