Hi, I lived in this complex for 1 year and thank god I loved out from here in one peace. First of all the management sucks. They keep changing the management every 4-6 month. The are never in the office or come late. Parking - there is no visitors parking. they charge $30 per month for parking outside, no security or anything. I saw cars got busted, plates getting stolen. Apartments are nice, but once you are outside the apartment it is whole different world. There is a lot of rouches, laundry machines don't work right. In the hall you will see prostitutes, crackheads, people smoking weed. Elevater works once every other month. to make this story short: don't move - in, bad management, unsafe enviroment.
