The roaches are a major issue.They are everywhere in this building. No matter how clean you are it is inevitable. The managment is pathetic. I am not even sure what thier role is, becuase everytime my husband I brought an issue to them, they were useless and there is HIGH turn over. There are endless examples of illeagal activity in and around the building. Tenants tend to be very loud with music and violance. My plates were stolen from my car, parking lot is unsecure and the fees are really expensive for what they offer which is nothing. Cameras are decoys. The rent is cheap and its a decent place to start off, but you won't stay long if you are looking for a place that is safe and clean.
